Agreement between User and networthinsights.com

Welcome to networthinsights.com (the "Site"), operated by Net Worth Insights, LLC ("Net Worth Insights", "we", "us"). These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") apply to the Site and everything offered through it. By using the Site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

networthinsights.com is a personal finance website with articles, free tools, courses and paid digital products.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is part of these Terms.

Affiliate Links

Some links are affiliate links; we disclose this on pages that contain them. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships don't change the price you pay.

Electronic Communications

When you use the Site or email us, you are communicating with us electronically. You agree that agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications we provide electronically, by email or on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information, and don't share or transfer your account to anyone else. We may refuse service, suspend or close accounts, or remove content if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken or the Site is being misused.

Purchases, Refunds and Access

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't receive or store your full card number.

All sales are final. Because purchased courses and guides are available immediately, we don't offer refunds except where the law requires them. If something isn't working, email team@networthinsights.com and we'll help.

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as we offer the course or product and your account is in good standing. Access ends if a payment is refunded or reversed through a chargeback, and it can end if you break these Terms (for example, by sharing your account or copying course content). We may update, reorganize or improve course content over time.

Software licenses cover the number of seats purchased. Each license key is for use by one person on the devices allowed by the product, and may not be resold or shared.

Children and Minimum Age

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and you must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Links to Third Party Sites/Third Party Services

The Site links to other websites and shows embedded content (such as videos) from other services. We don't control those sites or services and aren't responsible for their content or practices. A link doesn't mean we endorse the site or its operator.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use / Intellectual Property

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Site in line with these Terms. Don't use the Site in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair it, interfere with anyone else's use of it, or try to get around its security or access controls.

The Site's content, including articles, courses, guides, tools, images and software, belongs to Net Worth Insights or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, republish, sell, share, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer it, except as the law allows or we permit in writing.

Reviews and Feedback

If you send us a review, comment or other feedback, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to run and improve Net Worth Insights. Don't send anything you don't have the right to share.

Third Party Accounts

You can sign in with a Google or Microsoft account. When you do, that provider shares your name, email address and account identifier with us. We don't post to those accounts or read anything else in them.

International Users

The Site is operated from the United States. If you use it from somewhere else, you are responsible for following your local laws.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Net Worth Insights, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site, content you submit, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights or any law.

Arbitration

If we can't resolve a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site informally, it will be resolved by final and binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. The arbitrator's award is final, and judgment may be entered on it in any court with jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

Any arbitration under these Terms will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class, representative or collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. For any claim that is not subject to arbitration, and for small-claims cases, you and we consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Arizona.

NET WORTH INSIGHTS, LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THE SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, AND NET WORTH INSIGHTS, LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

Termination/Access Restriction

We may suspend or end your access to the Site, or any part of it, if you break these Terms or misuse the Site. You can stop using the Site and delete your account at any time from My Account.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the current version replaces earlier ones. If you keep using the Site after a change, the updated Terms apply.
