Mistakes happen, especially with numbers that change every year. If you spot one, we want to know.
How to report an error
Email team@networthinsights.com or use the contact form on our mission page. Every article also has a Report an error link in its "About this article" box. It helps to include:
- The page link.
- What's wrong, quoting the sentence or figure if you can.
- A source that supports the correction, if you have one.
What happens next
We review reports and check them against primary sources. When we confirm an error, we fix the article. If the correction changes the substance of the article, such as a figure, a rule, or a recommendation, we also update the article's Updated date. We don't change the Updated date for typo, formatting, or link fixes.
